VE DAY 8TH MAY Balcombe shows its true colours

Wow! What an amazing turnout yesterday to mark 75 years since VE Day. In the midst of a global lockdown Balcombe residents did themselves proud with fabulous bunting and wonderful outfits galore. It truly was a sight to behold and thanks to the wonderful Malcolm Thomason and Maya Robertson (pictured below) it has all been captured on film, so maybe in another 75 years this day can be celebrated too.
