Collection Point

The collection point in JoCo will be available on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays between 2-3pm.  Please do not attend unless you have received a notification from the surgery to do so.

Request Point

Please note that the medication request post box located at Gilletts Surgery has now moved. This is located outside the Balcombe Village stores on the right of the shop front. Should you wish to request repeat medication you can do so online, via the NHS App or via the post boxes located at Balcombe Village Stores or Handcross Surgery. The post box will be emptied at least 3 times a week.

Patients of Ouse Valley Practice can now see an NHS GP by video using LIVI

This service enables patients to get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals on the same day – even at week-ends. The service is provided free from the NHS.
