Balcombe Village Fete Saturday 13 July, 2024 – Save the date!
Our new look Fete is in the planning with a new logo, new ideas and something for everyone. With help from Balcombe School we will have a Kids Corner with an amazing array of traditional and modern games to entertain. We will also have a Magician who promises a fun-filled enthralling and mystifying show as well as being on hand throughout the afternoon to entertain adults and children alike.
This year we are making best endeavours to Go Green and have urged all stallholders to follow suit and change to more sustainable offerings. Gone will be the days of plastic string and single use plastic toys that don’t stand the test of time. The emphasis will be on action and fun. Music, dance, singing and numerous competitions will entertain everyone, not to mention the Hounds and Dog Show which will provide amusement for the animal lovers. You can enjoy it all washed down with a little something from our great Christmas Tree Society Beer Tent or the laid back Pimms Tent run expertly by Balcombe Tennis Club.
So come along and get involved, our Fete really does offer a fantastic afternoon of family fun and entertainment and it also raises money for good causes. Don’t forget too that it all continues into the evening with live music and food.
