Balcombe Village Fete – How to Book a Stall

Saturday 13 July 2024    12noon – 5pm

Save the date and come along and run a stall at our Balcombe Summer Fete on Saturday 13 July 2024.  It is always a great opportunity to promote, sell or market your business or cause. Pitches cost just £20.00 each, £10.00 for societies.  Charitable organisations go free (£10 refundable deposit required).   The Fete is organised by a team of volunteers and any profit is ploughed back into the community to worthy causes.

Each pitch is approximately 3-4 metres long and spaced around the arena.  You will be responsible for the set up and layout of your stall and you will need to bring your own stand.  We suggest bringing your own table, chairs and a gazebo for maximum comfort.  We will allocate the pitches in advance of your arrival.

If you would like to take part in the Balcombe Fete, please return the booking form with a post dated cheque (1 July 2024) made payable to Balcombe Fete.  Alternatively, you may pay us now via BACS into our account (details on the booking form).  If a refund is necessary, we will return the payment in the same way.  Payment acts as receipt of your booking.

Please confirm that you have liability insurance on your booking form.

We will also ask you make a donation to the traders’ tombola on the day – whether it is something from your stall or a token prize, eg: bottle of wine or similar.  Money raised from the tombola contributes to the fundraising effort.
